As the operational lead for a flagship location, I was responsible for driving performance, elevating team culture, and ensuring brand consistency across the Boston region. I built a high-performing team, championed inclusive leadership, and optimized store operations through scalable systems and targeted training. My work spanned local marketing activations, data-informed financial oversight, and seamless cross-functional collaboration — all with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and achieving strategic growth.
